Primary Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) are a heterogeneous population of blood cells with a single round nucleus and include macrophages, dendritic cells, monocytes and lymphocytes. These cells were isolated from normal blood tissue by RedyBio. The cells can be used in the study of immunology, infection, cancer, hematology, and t-cell suppression assay.

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) have a limited lifespan in culture and should only be thawed immediately prior to their intended use. RedyBio does not recommend maintaining peripheral blood mononuclear cells in culture in the absence of application-specific growth factors.
