NALM6/Firefly Luciferase Cell Line
Description: NALM6/Firefly Luciferase cells are derived from the human precursor B cell lymphoblast cell line NALM6. NALM6 cells stably express CD19, are ideal for testing CD19 CAR T cells or other immunotherapies. NALM6/firefly luciferase cells stably express firefly luciferase, which can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo studies.
Quantity: One vial of frozen cells (2×106 per vial)
Stability: Stable in culture over a minimum of 10 passages
Application: Drug screening, biological assays and in vivo study
Freezing Medium: 50% RPMI 1640 +40% FBS+10% DMSO
Propagation Medium: RPMI1640+10%FBS
Morphology: Lymphocyte-like
Subculture: Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures between 2.0 X 105 cells/mL and 4.0 X 105 cells/mL maintain between 1.0 X 105 and 1.0 X 106 cells/mL.
Incubation: 37 °C with 5% CO2
Storage: Liquid nitrogen immediately upon receiving
Doubling Time: Approximately 36 hours
