K562-BCMA/GFP Cell Line
Description: The K562-BCMA/GFP cell line is derived from the K562 chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) cell line, originally established from a patient in terminal blast crisis. This engineered cell line stably expresses B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and green fluorescent protein (GFP). It serves as an ideal target cell for in vitro cytotoxicity assays involving BCMA-targeting therapies.
Quantity: One vial of frozen cells (2×106 per vial)
Stability: Stable in culture over a minimum of 10 passages
Application: Drug screening, biological assays and in vivo study
Freezing Medium: 70% RPMI 1640 +20% FBS+10% DMSO
Propagation Medium: RPMI1640+10%FBS
Morphology: Lymphoblast
Subculture: Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 2 X 105 cells/mL and maintain between 1 X 105 and 1 X 106 cells/mL.
Incubation: 37 °C with 5% CO2
Storage: Liquid nitrogen immediately upon receiving
Doubling Time: Approximately 40 hours
